StaffSignal aggregates publicly available job listing data from third-party job boards across Southeast Asia. We do not collect personal data from job seekers or applicants.

When you visit our website or use our API, we may collect:

IP address and browser metadata (for security)
Email address (only if you contact us voluntarily)
Cookies necessary for site functionality (Cloudflare security cookies)

2. What We Don't Collect

No personal data of job seekers or applicants
No resumes, CVs, or application materials
No account credentials from source platforms
No tracking cookies for advertising

3. Data We Aggregate

Our dataset consists of structured job posting metadata:

Job titles, descriptions, and qualifications
Company names (as published by employers)
Salary ranges, locations, employment types
Posting dates and source URLs

All data is sourced from publicly accessible pages on job boards. We do not scrape behind login walls or access restricted content.

4. How We Use Your Data

Website visitor data is used solely for:

Site security and abuse prevention
Responding to inquiries

5. Data Retention

Job listing data is retained indefinitely as historical market data. Website visitor logs are retained for 90 days.

6. Third Parties

We use Cloudflare for CDN and security. We do not sell or share visitor data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Removal Requests

If you are an employer or platform operator and wish to request removal of job listings from our dataset, contact us at [email protected].
If you have contacted us by email and wish your correspondence deleted, request deletion at [email protected].

We process removal requests within 5 business days for job listings, and within 30 days for personal data requests.

8. Your Rights (Data Protection)

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR for EU/UK residents), you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Object to processing of your data
Request data portability

9. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted in Singapore. Website and security processing may involve data transfers to jurisdictions outside the EU/UK. Such transfers are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection frameworks.

Cloudflare security cookies (cf_clearance, __cf_bm) — set automatically for bot protection and DDoS mitigation. Cannot be disabled.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

StaffSignal is operated by an independent data provider based in the Asia-Pacific region. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments LLC (Cyprus) as Merchant of Record.
