1. Service Description

StaffSignal provides aggregated job market data from publicly available job boards across Southeast Asia. Data is delivered via REST API and bulk exports (CSV, JSON, Parquet).

2. Acceptable Use

You may use StaffSignal data for:

  • Market research and analytics
  • Investment analysis and due diligence
  • HR technology and talent intelligence
  • Academic research

You may not:

  • Republish raw data as a competing data product
  • Use data to contact job seekers or applicants
  • Misrepresent StaffSignal data as your own original research

3. Data Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Job listings are sourced from third-party platforms and may contain inaccuracies from the original source. Data is provided "as is" without warranty.

4. Intellectual Property and License

The StaffSignal dataset, including normalized fields, deduplication logic, and derived analytics, is the intellectual property of StaffSignal. Raw job listing content remains the property of the original publishers.

Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for their internal business purposes within the scope defined in their subscription agreement. Redistribution or resale requires explicit written permission.

5. API Access

API access is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. We reserve the right to suspend access for abuse or excessive usage without notice.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined on a per-client basis. Contact us for details. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments LLC (Cyprus) as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled through our payment processor in accordance with their policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

StaffSignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the data or service interruptions, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.

In any case, StaffSignal's total cumulative liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by the subscriber in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of:

  • Non-payment of fees beyond 30 days past due
  • Material breach of these terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive use

Upon termination, the subscriber's right to access the data ceases. Data already delivered prior to termination may continue to be used for the purposes for which it was originally licensed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, where our Merchant of Record (Dodo Payments LLC) is registered.

Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
